Cough Syrup by Glee Cast, Music Lyrics and VideoGlee Cast - Cough Syrup Lyrics

Life’s too short to even care at all oh
I’m losing my mind losing my mind losing control
These fishes in the sea they’re staring at me oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
A wet world aches for a beat of a drum
Oh

If I could find a way to see this straight
I’d run away
To some fortune that I should have found by now
I’m waiting for this cough syrup to come down
Come down

Life’s too short to even care at all oh
I’m coming up now coming up now out of the blue
These zombies in the park they’re looking for my heart
Oh oh oh oh
A dark world aches for a splash of the sun oh oh
(http://musicloversgroups.blogspot.com/2012/02/glee-cast-cough-syrup-lyrics.html)

If I could find a way to see this straight
I’d run away
To some fortune I should have found by now

And so I run out to the things they said could restore me
Restore life the way it should be
I’m waiting for this cough syrup to come down

Life’s too short to even care at all oh
I’m losing my mind losing my mind losing control

(instrumental solo)

If I could find a way to see this straight
I’d run away
To some fortune that I should have found by now

And so I run out to the things they said could restore me
Restore life the way it should be
I’m waiting for this cough syrup to come down

One more spoon of cough syrup now oh
One more spoon of cough syrup now oh

Glee Cast - Black Or White Lyrics

Black or White by Glee Cast, Music Lyrics and Video

Artie, Rachel, Kurt, Mercedes and Santana with New Directions performed “Black or White” on the episode “Michael”. This is the eleventh episode of the third season. The entire cast did a great job covering the King of Pop!

Glee Cast - Black Or White LyricsGlee Cast - Black Or White Lyrics

Artie:
Ouh!
Ouh!
I took my baby
On a Saturday bang
Boy is that girl with you
Yes we’re one and the same

Rachel:
Now I believe in miracles
And a miracle
Has happened tonight
Hee!
Ah!

Rachel and Artie with New Directions:
But, if
You’re thinkin’
About my baby
It don’t matter if you’re
Black or white

Kurt:
They print my message
In the Saturday sun
I had to tell them
I ain’t second to none

Mercedes:
And I told about equality
And it’s true
Either

Mercedes and Santana:
You’re wrong
Or you’re right

Santana:
Whoo!
Ahh!

Rachel and Artie with New Directions:
But, if
You’re thinkin’
About my baby
It don’t matter if you’re
Black or white

Rachel:
Whoo!

Kurt:
Don’t bet!

Rachel:
Hehe!

Santana with New Directions:
I am tired of this devil
I am tired of this stuff
I am tired of this business
Sew when the
Going gets rough
I ain’t scared of
Your brother
I ain’t scared of no sheets
I ain’t scared of nobody
Girl when the
Goin’ gets mean

Artie:
Protection
For gangs, clubs,
And nations
Causing grief in
Human relations
It’s a turf war
On a global scale
I’d rather hear both sides
Of the tale
See, it’s not about races
Just places
Faces
Where your blood
Comes from
Is where your space is
I’ve seen the bright
Get duller
I’m not going to spend
My life being a color

Kurt:
Don’t tell me you agree
With me
When I saw you
Kicking (With Santana:dirt in my eye)

Rachel and Artie with New Directions:
But, if
You’re thinkin’
About my baby
It don’t matter if you’re
Black or white

Rachel and Artie with New Directions:
I said if
You’re thinkin’ of
Being my baby
It don’t matter if you’re
Black or white
I said if
You’re thinkin’ of
Being my brother
It don’t matter if you’re
Black or white

Santana:
Yeah yeah yeah!

Rachel:
Whoo!
Black or white!

Artie with New Directions:
It’s black, it’s white
It’s tough for you to get by
It’s black , it’s white, whoo
It’s tough for you to get by
It’s black, it’s white
(Santana: Yeah yeah yeah!)
It’s tough for you to get by
(Rachel: Black or white!)
It’s black , it’s white, whoo
It’s tough for you to get by
It’s black , it’s white, whoo

Glee Cast - Human Nature Lyrics

Human Nature by Glee Cast, Music Lyrics and Video

Amber Riley and Chord Overstreet who play Mercedes Jones and Sam Evans covered Michael Jackson’s Human Nature on the episode “Michael,” the eleventh episode of the third season. This was their first duet that wasn’t part of a group number.

The episode was written by co-creator Ryan Murphy and directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, and aired on Fox in the United States on January 31, 2012.

Glee Cast - Human Nature LyricsGlee Cast - Human Nature Lyrics

Mercedes:
Looking out across the nighttime
The city winks a sleepless eye
Hear his voice, shake my window
Sweet seducing sighs

Sam:
Get me out into the nighttime
Four walls won’t hold me tonight
If this town is just an apple
Then let me take a bite

Sam and Mercedes:
If they say,
Why, why, tell ‘em that it’s human nature
Why, why, (Mercedes: does he do me that way)
If they say,
Why, why, tell ‘em that it’s human nature
Why, why does he do me that way

Sam:
Reaching out to touch a stranger

Sam and Mercedes:
Electric eyes are everywhere

Sam:
See that girl, she knows I’m watching
She likes the way I stare

Sam and Mercedes:
If they say,
Why, why, tell ‘em that it’s human nature
Why, oh why, does he do me that way
If they say,
Why, why, tell ‘em that it’s human nature
Why, oh why, does he do me that way

Mercedes:
I like livin’ this way

Sam:
I like lovin’ this way

Mercedes:
Oh why
Oh why
Oh why
Oh why

Mercedes:
Looking out across the morning
Where the city’s heart begins to beat
Reaching out, I touch his shoulder
(http://musicloversgroups.blogspot.com/2012/02/glee-cast-human-nature-lyrics.html)

Why, why, does he do me that way
If they say,
Why, why, tell ‘em that it’s human nature

Uh, as he came into the window
It was the sound of a crescendo, uh!
He came into her apartment
He left the bloodstains on the carpet, uh!
She ran underneath the table
He could see she was unable
So she ran into the bedroom
She was struck down
It was her doom

Moves Like Jagger/Jumpin’ Jack Flash by Glee Cast, Music Lyrics and Video

Moves Like Jagger/Jumpin’ Jack Flash is a mash-up of the songs Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5 ft. Christina Aguilera and Rolling Stones’ own Jumpin Jack Flash.

The song is taken from “Yes/No”, the tenth episode of the third season of the American musical television series Glee. Directed by Eric Stoltz, the episode is set to air on Fox in the United States on January 17, 2012.

Moves Like Jagger/Jumpin’ Jack Flash, performed by Artie Abrams (Kevin McHale)

Glee - Moves Like Jagger/Jumpin’ Jack Flash LyricsGlee - Moves Like Jagger/Jumpin’ Jack Flash Lyrics

Artie:
Oh yeah,
Watch it, ooh!
Just shoot for the stars,
If it feels right,
And aim for my heart,
If you feel like
And take me away and make it OK
I swear I’ll behave

You wanted control
so we waited
I put on a show
Now I make it
I was born in a crossfire hurricane
And I howled at my ma in the driving rain
And it goes like this

Artie and New Directions Boys:
Take me by the tongue and I’ll know you
Kiss me till you’re drunk and I’ll show you
All the move like Jagger
I’ve got the move like Jagger
I’ve got the jumping jack flash, it’s a gas, gas, gas
I don’t need to try to control you (ND Boys: But it’s alright)

Look into my eyes and I’ll own you (ND Boys: But it’s alright)
With them moves like Jagger
I’ve got the move like Jagger
I’ve got the move like Jagger

Rachel:

Yellow diamonds in the light
And we’re standing side by side
As your shadow crosses mine
What it takes to come alive
It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
But I’ve gotta let it go

Santana with Rachel:

We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place

Santana:

Shine a light through an open door
Love and life I will divide
Turn away cause I need you more
Feel the heartbeat in my mind

Rachel with New Directions:

It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
But I’ve gotta let it go

Santana with Rachel and New Directions:

We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place

Rachel:

Yellow diamonds in the light (Santana: In the light)
And we’re standing side by side (Santana: oh)
As your shadow (With Santana: crosses mine…)

Rachel and Santana with New Directions:

(Santana: We found love!)
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place
We found love in a hopeless place

Glee Cast - Perfect LyricsGlee Cast - Perfect Lyrics

Made a wrong turn once or twice
Dug my way out, blood and fire
Bad decisions, that’s alright
Welcome to my silly life

Mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood
Miss ‘No way, it’s all good’
It didn’t slow me down
Mistaken, always second guessing
Underestimated, look I’m still around

Pretty, pretty please, don’t you ever, ever feel
Like you’re less than less than perfect
Pretty, pretty please, if you ever, ever feel
Like you’re nothing, you are perfect to me
(http://musicloversgroups.blogspot.com/2011/12/glee-cast-perfect-lyrics.html)

You’re so mean (you’re so mean)
When you talk (when you talk)
About yourself. You were wrong
Change the voices (change the voices)
In your head (in your head)
Make them like you instead

So complicated,
Look happy, You’ll make it
Filled with so much hatred
Such a tired game
It’s enough, I’ve done all I could think of
Chased down all my demons
I’ve seen you do the same
(Ohh ohhhhhhh)

Pretty, pretty please, don’t you ever, ever feel
Like you’re less than less than perfect
Pretty, pretty please, if you ever, ever feel
Like you’re nothing, you are perfect

The whole world’s scared, so I swallow the fear
The only thing I should be drinking is an ice cold beer
So cool in line and we try try try but we try too hard
And it’s a waste of my time
Done looking for the critics, cause they’re everywhere
They don’t like my jeans, they don’t get my hair
Exchange ourselves and we do it all the time
Why do we do that, why do I do that (why do I do that)?

(Yeah! Ooooh!)
I’m pretty, pretty, pretty

Pretty, pretty please, don’t you ever, ever feel
Like you’re less than less than perfect
Pretty, pretty please, if you ever, ever feel
Like you’re nothing, you are perfect to me
(Pretty, pretty please, don’t you ever, ever feel
Like you’re less than less than perfect)
You’re perfect, you’re perfect to me
Pretty, pretty please, if you ever, ever feel
Like you’re nothing, you are perfect to me
